On the afternoon of August 3rd, the head of Malaysia Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin and his wife met with CNTA Chairman Shao Qiwei and his party at Dingjianu Palace.
Mizan extended warm welcome to chairman Shao Qiwei and his party for their visit, and asked about their arrangement in Malaysia. Chairman Shao Qiwei explained it in detail and indicated that this was the first time that he visited Malaysia as the CNTA Chairman although he had visited Malaysia for many times before; it was expected that the tourism cooperation between China and Malaysia could be further expanded through this visit.
Chairman Shao Qiwei extended gratitude to MIZAN for his visit to China, tour of Jiuzhai Valley and sightseeing of the giant panda. MIZAN appreciated for this. The Minister of Tourism of Malaysia Ms. Huang Yanyan and counsellor Xuan Guoxing from China’s Embassy to Malaysia also attended the meeting.
