Chinese New Year at Madame Tussauds London 2014
Madame Tussauds London will join the Chinese New Year celebration 2014. The new figures plus experience will run from late January until February 16th 2014.
London's Chinese New Year celebrations are the largest outside Asia. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people descend on the West End to wish each other "Kung Hei Fat Choi".

Chinese New Year 2014, the Year of the Horse, falls on 31 January.

Chinese New Year festivities in London usually include a parade through the West End, a lion dance, food and craft stalls, live performances and a fireworks display.

This year the flagship Madame Tussauds in London is thrilled to be joining the celebrations! The world famous attraction will be bringing the spirit of the Asian festival to London as only Madame Tussauds can, with two new visiting figures direct from Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Guest visiting from late January can look forward to meeting the two new figures plus experience:
· The spectacle of a high energy lion dance surrounded by traditional lanterns and music
· The historic frontage of the attraction that has stood for over 250 years will be illuminated red
· Capture your moment with a souvenir photo, presented in a traditional red envelope
· Enjoy a seasonal treat, White Rabbit Candy

Celebrations will run from late January until February 16th 2014.
