Mr. Zhu Shanzhong, Vice Chairman of China National Tourism Administration met the visiting delegation led by Mr. Alexander·Molino·Medinah Mexico Vice Tourism Minister on August 16 in Beijing.

Vice Chairman Zhu Shanzhong said Mexico and China are endowed with rich tourism resources and share quite a similar historical and cultural background. Vice Chairman Zhu Shanzhong also suggested Mexico tourism authorities to grasp the golden opportunities provided by Shanghai Expo and China International Tourism Trade Fair, which is expected to be held in the upcoming November, to showcase its boundless tourism resources to potential Chinese tourists. Vice Chairman Zhu believed that there would be a huger visitor flow between the two countries if direct routes could be crystallized in the future, and a brighter prospect for future tourism communication and cooperation would lay ahead for both countries.

Mr. Alexander·Molino·Medinah  showed consensus to Mr. Zhu's opinion and further expressed Mexico's intention to jointly hold training sessions for tour guides for both countries. Mr. Alexander·Molino·Medinah  also extended warm welcome to Chinese tour agencies and media representatives to make a investigation visit to this beautiful country of rich culture heritage.
