The South Korea National Tourism Organization has just opened a travel consulting center in Beijing to serve Chinese tourists who want to travel in South Korea and to promote the cultural exchanges between China and South Korea.
At present, China Youth Daily reports that South Korean is the top inbound travel market for China and China is the second largest inbound travel country for South Korea. SKNTO has previously opened office in Shanghai.
South Korea's Travel Consulting Center in Beijing is designed to showcase South Korea's unique charm to each visiting tourist. Statistics from China Youth Daily show that 900,000 Chinese tourists went to visit South Korea in 2006.
