Air China starts to offer service between Beijing and Sao Paulo via Madrid this month.
This new route will meet the needs of Chinese, Spanish and Brazilian passengers and the requirements from the respective governments. Air China will extend its network into South America and bring Latin American countries like Argentina, Chile and Uruguay closer.
Every Thursday and Sunday, passengers for Spain and Brazil will depart Beijing at 1:00 A.M., stop at Madrid at local time 6:45 A. M., then move on at 8:15 A. M., and on the same day touch down at Sao Paulo of Brazil. The return flight schedules to leave Sao Paulo at local time 20:45, stop at Madrid on the next morning at 9:55, then continue its journey at 11:35 and return to Beijing on the third morning at Beijing time 6:20.
Currently all the air trips between China and Brazil are connected via Europe or America, which takes almost 30 hours with inconvenience and time-consumption.
