The increasing number of the mainlanders in China this year.
The latest study by the China National Tourism Institute shows that the number of the mainlanders in China will estimatedly come up to 6.5 million in 2011.
At the new book "The annual report 2011 on development of the  Chinese travel outbound " conference, co-held by the China National Tourism Institute and the China National Tourism Promoting and International Cooperative Department, it was told that with the increasing development of China's economy and the increasing promote of open-up, especially during the new age for people's well-being under the situation of economy's development, the demand for potential travel outbound, squeezed by other living burdens should be freed quickly. Upon the coming of the opening year of the twelveth five year plan, the market for the Chinese travel outbound will continue to maitain the growth of about tens percent. It will come up to 13 percent annually.
 
 
Statistics diaplays that the number of the Chinese mainlanders in 2010 came to 5.739 million, increasing by 20.4 percent compared to the same period of last year.
 
 
In addition, comsuption sum is rising largely. It is more and more convenient to pay outbound for the Chinese mainlanders. Setting the new record, comsuption sum outbound in 2010 went up to US$48 billion, increasing by 14 percent compared to the same periond of last year. What's more, comsuption sum ranked NO.4 in the world. Shopping has been one important factor of boosting the rise of comsuption.
