CNTA Chairman Li Jinzao held a meeting with Her Excellency President Gloria Guevara Manzo of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) in Chengdu on September 14.
Li noted, “Your council plays an active role in global tourism industry and enjoys sound partnership with China. You may consider launching in-depth cooperation with the newly established World Tourism Alliance in data sharing and technological development to drive global sustainable tourism development.”
Mrs. Manzo said her council highly valued the Chinese market and was full of confidence in tourism development under the Belt and Road Initiative. “We will strengthen cooperation with the World Tourism Alliance for mutual benefits.”
