GITF 2012 Held Successfully with Increasing Exhibitors Abroad
Guangzhou International Travel Fair 2012 was successfully held from 1st to 3rd March, which has been the largest one since its start of 1993 with witnessed an overseas attendance ratio of 46%.
Known as one of the most important international annual travel fairs in Asia-Pacific region, Guangzhou International Travel Fair 2012 was successfully held from 1st to 3rd March. It has become an important platform for the exhibitors both from home and abroad to promote tourist products and resources, enhance company brand image and increase business cooperation in Asia-Pacific regions, offering audience a splendid world tour.
 
 
GITF 2012 has been the largest one since its start in 1993, with witnessed an overseas attendance ratio of 46%, with new foreign exhibitors from America, Britain, Canada, Iceland, Iran and  Russia. And its loyal exhibitors from 30 countries and regions have also attended the fair as expected. The fair, consisting of one trade hall and two public halls jointly set up an Asia Hotel Expo on the site with "Asia Hotel Forum & Starlight Awards", which has further rounded up fair content and improved the professional level of the show.
 
World Travel Online and CBN Travel & MICE were happy to promote foreign destinations and recommend incoming service providers as well as CBN Travel Service to visitors.  The booths of CBN and its subcompanies CBN Travel & MICE and World Travel Online (WTO) are the most popular ones.
 
 China Business Network (CBN) with its awarded travel portal World Travel Online and CBN Travel & MICE were again invited to attend and also to support many foreign tourism promotion authorities e.g. Argentina Instituto Nacional de Promoción Turística, Burundi National Tourism Office, Chamonix Mont-Blanc Tourist Office, Chile Tourism BoardPromperu, Proexport Colombia,and Zagreb Tourist Board, as well as foreign companies in the travel and tourism industry that wish to market to the Chinese outbound travel market,  e.g.Atoll Discovery, Bambara Group, Central Hall Westminster, Dwór Oliwski Hotel, EBC Tours, EuroSwiss Global Incoming Travels Group GmbHMarqués de Riscal, Ski Dubai & Playnation, The British Museum, The Medieval Banquet,  and so on, which all have attracted many audiences.
