United Airlines has announced improvements to its local corporate website in China, cn.united.com: including enhanced local language capabilities aimed at providing user-friendly navigation and an improved interface for local customers.
According to Sidney Kwok, the director Greater China for United Airlines, the carrier values service excellence and believes that a quality flying experience includes not just the in-flight service, but the entire journey from beginning to end. Kwok added that the improved website will give customers in China a convenient and simple way to explore the many products and services United has to offer.
The localized website makes it simpler and faster for customers in China to check schedules, search for low fares purchase tickets, and book award tickets. United's customers also have the ability to choose their own seats, check in online, and purchase product offerings such as Economy Plus.
