MAS call centre offers Mandarin option

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) now offers a Mandarin language option for customers who transact with its call centre through the MAS reservations toll free number 1-300 88 3000.

This new service is available between 0800 hours and 2100 hours on weekdays and from 0900 hours to 1800 hours on weekends.

"Response has been very encouraging and this facility is very ideal for the needs and requests of our Mandarin speaking customers. Within the next 3 months, we will also offer the Tamil language option at our call centre," MAS' senior general manager (Network and Revenue Management), Dato’ Bernard Francis said.

The enhancement is currently available for all existing services available through MAS Call Centre, except those related to Enrich, Customer Feedback and Mishandled Baggage Status.
