China International Tourism Industry Expo 2017 closes in Guangzhou on September 10
The China (Guangdong) International Tourism Industry Expo 2017 (CITIE) was staged from September 8 to September 10 in Area A of China Import and Export Fair Complex. It housed 4,500 booths for exhibitors from 55 countries and area, and attracted over 50,000 visitors in total.

Lots of outbound tourism resources were brought to the Expo by World Travel Online, whose booth attracted many visitors to come. In order to introduce more options to Chinese visitors for the upcoming 8-day National Holiday, World Travel Online displayed many new resources related to the recent hot pot, such as HME Crafted Holidays in South Africa for the movie “Wolf Warrior 2”, Nata Worldwide Travel in Kazakhstan for the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as shopping malls like Fashion Island, Irvine Spectrum Center in America, and El Corte Inglés in Europe. Other companies shown on the booth were also very popular among visitors: CBN Travel & MICE, Grand Holidays Ethiopia Tours, Sunseekers Tours, Afrishare Trekking and Safaris, Asterix Tourism Services, and Meeting Point International.
