COTTM 2016 Came to a Successful Conclusion
COTTM 2016 concluded successfully on April 14 in Beijing, bringing together 400 exhibitors, which came from approximately 70 countries and regions, and 4500 Chinese professionals.
COTTM 2016 concluded successfully on April 14 in Beijing. As the only professional exhibition dedicated to B2B communications on outbound tourism in China, COTTM 2016 was attended by 400 exhibitors from approximately 70 countries and regions, and 4500 Chinese professionals. 
The Press Conference of COTTM 2016 was being held.
China Business Network (CBN), along with its affiliate World Travel Online, was invited as the cooperative media to the exhibition and provided abundant outbound travel and tourism resources, which included Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Bloomington Convention & Visitors Bureau, Slovenian Tourism Board, Kerala Tourism Department, VisitAberdeenshire, Aspen & Snowmass, Ecoandes Travel, Passion Brazil, Tropical Incentives DMC, Malaika Tanzania Tours, Lisbon Real Palácio Hotel and Novessentia Hotel and Medical Center among others.

Meanwhile, World Travel Online was also attended as the inviter of the “Chinese invited buyers” program for Karibu Travel Market Tanzania, which is to be held during May 27-29 in Arusha.

program of KARIBU Travel Market Tanzania.
CBN Travel & MICE  and World Travel Online recommended the rich tourism resources overseas to Chinese tour operators.

“Outbound tourism in China enjoys a really optimistic prospect. The latest research from HSBC showed that the number of outbound travellers in China is expected to reach 242 million in 2024. Additionally, reports made by Fung Business Intelligence Center and China Luxury Advisors presented that the overseas spending from Chinese travellers is likely to achieve 422 billion in 2020.” Matt Thompson, Exhibition Supervisor of Tarsus-Hope Exhibition Company which acted as the organizer of COTTM, stated.
