As the hosted media, China Business Network (CBN) with World Travel Online reported the whole event and saw the great success of IT&CM 2010. Also, Galicia Tourist Board attended the event for the first time with big support from CBN and got very positive effect.

This year’s theme, “Bridging the Global MICE Business”, aptly reflected China’s important role as a catalyst and emerging platform for international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions) activities. With businesses generated on-site, coupled with the highly anticipated World Expo, these attributes pave a promising future for MICE activities in China.

Apart from business meetings and social events, a dynamic educational programme provided knowledge covering the main issues of the meeting industry delivered by pertinent speakers such as Khoo Kheng-Hor on “Empower your people and business with the art of war”. Strategic destination marketing and new market creations were also some of the themes discussed.
