For the first time, FITUR 2023 will bring together the international and national voluntary sector in its FITUR MICE section
FITUR MICE, the section of the International Tourism Fair, FITUR, dedicated to meetings, incentives, congresses and events tourism, is inviting professionals in this field to a new event that has been reinvented to welcome the international and national voluntary sector for the first time.
FITUR, organised by IFEMA MADRID, which will hold its next edition from 18 to 22 January at the Fairgrounds, will thus offer, among its different contents, a strategic and qualified meeting point for supply and demand specialised in this key segment, invigorating the tourism industry on a global scale.
The FITUR MICE section, with the collaboration of Kenes Group, a global events organiser with over 55 years of experience, and the usual support of IFEMA MADRID's network of delegations around the world, will offer to hold these meetings in its own space during the two days prior to FITUR 2023 (16 and 17 January), in an exclusively professional environment aimed at establishing efficient contacts and generating business.
The meetings programme, with limited number of places, offers participating exhibitors a pre-established agenda of meetings with company executives, rigorously selected on the basis of criteria that assess business potential and purchasing decisions. Different scientific and medical organisations will take part in the meeting, making it possible for their events of different sizes to collaborate. The 45 selected participating buyers also include national and international organisations, corporate buyers, incentive houses and congress organisers. FITUR MICE is estimated to be attended by around one hundred participants, and around 2,900 pre-arranged meetings will be held.
FITUR MICE will be accompanied by a networking programme made up of different social events that will enable participants to expand their contacts and strengthen their ties with each other.
