The website contains destination and program information for you to become a certified LAN & TAM South America Specialist. It also has company information such as network, cabins and fleet.

As a participant of the Specialist program you will have exclusive access to the specialist section where you will find the Tourism Board presentations as well as the evaluations for you to become a LAN & TAM South America Specialist.

Join
Registration is really easy! You will find a Join button where you can register. To register you will only need to fill out a short form with your personal details and agency name.

You will only need to register once. Next time you come to the website you just need to click on the log in button and type your email address and password.

Evaluations
After attending each workshop you are requested to answer an online evaluation that will score your knowledge on the destinations and about LAN & TAM. The evaluations can be found on the LAN & TAM South America Specialist tab.

The online evaluations are multiple choice questions about the presentations already covered in the workshop. There will be 20 questions for each workshop. You will need to have 16 out of those 20 correct in order to pass the evaluation. If you successfully pass the evaluation then you will automatically receive a certificate of Specialist in Brazil, Chile and Peru to the email address you provided during your registration.

If you do not answer the 16 questions correctly then you will have the chance to do the evaluation again.
