Peter Budd, a Director of Arup said after the performance “The concert was a truly amazing experience. The orchestra was fantastic and I particularly enjoyed the commentary by conductor Kuan Naichung I think he should be designated a Cultural Ambassador if not a Cultural Treasure by China. Also Madame Song Fei’s artistary on the erhu was truly amazing. I look forward very much to hearing the orchestra again in the future hopefully when I next visit Beijing.”

Julia Montague Jones, Partner of Brown Withey LLP commented: “It was fascinating for us to see the Chinese instruments and hear authentic music played to such a high standard.”

The concert was organized by China Conservatory undertaken by  China Business Network(CBN). Prof. Zhang Zunlian, the famous erhu virtuoso also a Director of China Consevatory said: “With the great support and thoughtful arrangement by China Business Network, the performance reached our expected target. We all are satisfied and happy with the organisation of the event. Thanks to all at CBN and we wish to cooperate with CBN next time.”
