Visit California, the state's tourism commission, is going on the road with a three-hour seminar on how to reach Chinese tourists.

It will take place 8:30 a.m. May 10 at Ontario Convention Center. The cost is $30.

Other dates are March 28 in Beverly Hills and March 28 at Mammoth Lakes.

China is California's largest overseas market, according to Visit California, with 1.3 million visitors spending $2.6 billion in 2016.
