Chinese premier Wen Jiabao hold a welcoming ceremony for the visiting Jamaican Prime Minister Bruce Golding, in the Great hall of People in Beijing on Wedensday.
The two countries are expected to ink documents on cooperation in areas including economy,tourism and trade. Since China and Jamaica forged diplomated ties in 1972, the two countries had enjoyed smooth development of relationship, frequent high-level contacts, deepening political mutual trust and closer cooperation in all fields.
Prime Minister Bruce Golding arrived in Beijing Monday and started his first official visit to China since talking office in 2007, at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart,Primer Wen Jiabao. During his five-day stay in Beijing, Golding is also scheduled to hold talks with Chinese President Hu Jintao, and Vice President Xi Jinping.
