Chongqing Will Have Three Flights Each Week To Singapore

From March 2010, the Chongqing to Singapore international air route will have three flights each week.

To strengthen exchanges between Chongqing and the ASEAN Free Trade Area, the Chongqing government has issued a bulletin to foreign airlines and tourism operators for the development of air routes. Singapore SilkAir agrees to reschedule night flights as day flights, and add one more flight to the current two flights each week, making a total of three flights between the two destinations weekly.

The local government says it will strive to get six destinations in ASEAN areas, and make sure there is at least one flight each day to an ASEAN country.
