Right before the October Golden Week holiday, South African Tourism Board has launched a "Limit Challenge Trip" in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in cooperation with seven travel agencies from China.
The seven Chinese travel agencies are CYT Outbound Travel Company, UTS, Huayuan International Travel Service, Caissa International Travel Service, Guangzhilv Outbound Travel Company, Guangdong CTS, and Shenzhen Shenhua International Travel Service.
Manqoba Nyembezi, tourism commissioner of the Embassy of South Africa in China, says that the 13-day trip is specially designed for Chinese travel fans and aims to provide them a unique atmosphere of exploring the primal nature.
Zolelwa Mukozho, the manager of Asia and Australia areas of the Tourism Bureau of South Africa, says that like the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, South Africa has opened a new historic chapter with the 2010 World Cup. She says that South Africa warmly welcomes Chinese tourists to visit their country and experience the unique limit-challenge and sports culture. South Africa expects to attract more Chinese tourists during the 2010 Word Cup.
