Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi will pay an official visit to Mongolia, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and Indonesia from June 30 to July 5, Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang announced on June 21.
Qin told a regular press conference that during his stay in the DPRK, Yang will exchange views with the DPRK side on further promoting the traditional friendly cooperation between the two countries, as well as other regional and international issues of common concern including the Korean Peninsular nuclear issue".
Yang is paying the visits at the invitation of Mongolian Foreign Minister Nyamaa Enkhbold, DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun and Indonesian Foreign Minister Hassan Wirayuda, according to Qin.
