On November 17, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Panamanian President Mr. Varela showed up at the Great Hall of the People for the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between China National Tourism Administration and the Panama Tourism Authority on the Implementation Plan for Organized Chinese Tours to Panama, inked by CNTA Chairman Li Jinzao and Administrator of the Panama Tourism Authority Gustavo Him.
